BULK SCREENPRINT & TIE-DYE INFO..

If it's tie-dyes with a screen print you want, we can dye shirts and other items with or without an "outline" around the print as shown in the example above. We can even do the screenprinting!
Or if you just want tie-dyes ready for printing we can do that too. It is best to have us dye your shirts before the printing is done as some solutions used in the dyeing process may cause the ink in the screen print to break down. Prices are listed below.
Screen printing
*20 shirt minimum
*one color print on one location of a S-XL white or natural short sleeve tee…………..$6.00
*on heathers (ash or sport grey)………………………………………………….……….........$6.50

*on very dark colors (dark heather, dark blues, dark purples, dark greens, black)…...$8.00
*on tie-dye (# of tie-dye colors does not change price)………………………………........$12.00
*Add $1.50 for each additional print location (choices are left chest, right chest, center chest, full front, full back, center back)
*Add .50 cents for each additonal ink color on 1st print location, up to 6 total colors
*Add .25 cents for each additonal ink color on each additional print location
*Add $1 for each 2X
*Add $2 for each 3X, 4X or 5X
*Add $3 for long sleeves
*Add $2 for pocketed shirts
Screen & Art Charges
*Add $15 for artwork processing if you provide artwork that does not require touch-ups or changes. An additional $15 may be added to the artwork processing charge if it is determined that changes/touch-ups are needed after an estimate has been given.
*Add $30 per hour if we create your artwork (1 hour minimum).
*Add $25 per screen per ink color (usually 1 screen is needed for 1 print design).
*If multiple designs are involved the total # of screens needed will be unknown until artwork is received or generated so the final screen charges may be more than the original estimate.
Wholesale Tie-dye (Retail price is $20 for a short sleeve tie-dye)
If you order 10-19 tees you get 35% off retail = $13 per shirt
If you order 20-39 tees you get 40% off retail = $12 per shirt
If you order 40-59 tees you get 45% off retail = $11 per shirt
If you order more than 60 tees you get 50% off retail = $10 per shirt
*Add $1 for each 2X
*Add $2 for each 3X, 4X, or 5X
*Add $3 for long sleeves
*Add $2 for pocketed tees
Orders of 20 pieces or more of styles other than t-shirts get 30% off retail
Orders of 18 or 19 pieces get 25% off retail
Orders of 15 to 17 pieces get 20% off retail
Orders of 12 to 14 pieces get 15% off retail
Orders of 8 to 11 pieces get 10% off retail
Orders of 5 to 7 pieces get 5% off retail
Heat Transfer
This method is used for any printing jobs of 5 shirts or less and is only available in one ink color per print.
